That’s why our teams don’t just make it a priority to work safely - it’s part of our core values on our jobsites. Every project that we encounter requires a unique safety perspective and our employees have been tediously trained not to become complacent. They understand the need to be extremely cautious, to observe all safety practices, and how important it is to follow our stringent safety program on our project sites.
That commitment is why MDES, LLC is proud to have a Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) of 0% and an Experience Modification Rate (EMR) of 0.73.
In fact, MDES, LLC has had zero recordable injuries since our inception in 2018 having worked over 500,000 worker hours during that time.
Our safety program includes requirements for weekly, company-wide safety meetings and daily, safety jobsite tool box talks. We understand unique requirements to the energy sector and our crews are consistently equipped with proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
We also strongly believe that it is important to celebrate safety accomplishments. That’s why we reward our employees with bi-yearly safety parties with meals and door prizes and come together as a team. A plan is only as strong as the men and women that put it in action, and that’s why we celebrate our successes together.
